Job Posting and Employer Use of the Site

Jobs posted via payment to PostLearn.com will be indexed for 60 days. As a job posting site, we can guarantee placement online, but cannot and do not make any guarantees of interest by PostLearn.com visitors. Paid postings are made without warranty. We reserve the right to unpublish your job posting if we find it inappropriate or crossing the line of discriminatory, illegal or otherwise inappropriate for an education-focused job posting website. Jobs posted must be legitimate jobs in education and not of any franchise, pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires a fee or payment of the job seeker. Postings may not discriminate or seek any specific demographic in applicant based on gender, race, age, sex, sexual orientation, sexual identity, religion, creed, nationality or any other demographic or characteristic.

Disclaimer of Content

The Company reserves the right to republish, unpublish or delete any content that is uploaded or posted in breach of the terms of service. The Company is not liable for any content posted to our site by job posters or 3rd party sites, but will do it's best to protect the integrity of it's mission. User Data The Company does not save any user data, including credit card numbers, personal information or otherwise. We do our best to obfuscate email addresses in postings to prevent "scrapping" of email addresses from our site by spammers or bots in order to protect your privacy. Any information that is saved (name and email address for future communication from the Company) will not ever be shared, traded or sold to another business or organization. Refunds Refunds will only be given if a post fails or a site outage causes a job not to be listed. No refunds will be given without a payment confirmation number as reference. Once a posting is confirmed and paid for it is considered as is and not editable.

Privacy

We value your privacy. The Company and our affiliate sites do not store any personal information on our servers except for the following:

Organization name
Email address

No other data, such as Credit Card numbers, CCV codes, Credit Card expiration dates will be saved.
